Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (EU Right of Withdrawal / Ångerrätt), without giving any reason.

To return an item, contact support@mandalawear.shop with your order number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, using your original payment method.
